You should eat more proteins such as beef, pork, veal or lamb, but no carbs or bread. If you eat carbs, then take them with vegetables. Also, eat more fresh vegetables in the form of salads.
Eat lighter proteins such as chicken breast or fish. You can eat salads and cheese, but it’s only when you exit the phase of weight loss. For dinner, combine only white or green vegetables.
Eat sweets, even fruits, only in the afternoon, between lunch and dinner, not in the morning. The best choice is dark chocolate with at least 70 percent cocoa and dried fruits such as figs or plums.
And if you need to lose more weight, introduce more restrictions. In the restricted period completely avoid snacks, including fruits, because of sugar. Also, temporarily avoid eating all starchy vegetables and carbs for lunch.
