Citrus Diet For Rapid Fat Melting

Citrus fruits are helpful in melting fat, leading to rapid and significant weight loss. In addition they supply the body with the required vitamin C. This diet allows loss of approximately 3 kg for 5 days.

CitrusBreakfast for each day of the Citrus Diet:

Every morning start with juice of one lemon, diluted with 150ml mineral water. Breakfast should include: one slice of dark bread with cheesecake; a glass of grapefruit juice is optional; a cup of yogurt and 3 tablespoons oatmeal or juice of half a lemon.

Day 1

Lunch: 1 boiled egg; 250 mg. of yogurt and half a finely chopped cucumber, parsley and pepper.

Snack: a cup of yogurt or juice of half a lemon.

Dinner: 100g pasta with mushrooms, 200g soy sauce.

Day 2

Lunch: 300g carrots with soup, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, one tea spoon of olive oil, one onion and soy sauce; 100g cooked rice.

Snack: a cup of yogurt or juice of half a lemon.

Dinner: cabbage salad; fried chicken breast with mayonnaise and black pepper; lemon or orange juice.

Day 3

Lunch: 150g pork fillet cooked with lemon juice, pepper and salt; 150g boiled potatoes.

Snack: a cup of yogurt or juice of half a lemon.

Dinner: 100g potatoes and fried onion with 2 tablespoons olive oil. In the same oil and put 300g skinned chicken meat. When softened add one tablespoon of lemon juice, black pepper, parsley and salt.

Day 4

Lunch: 1 big potato, whether boiled or roasted, cut in the middle and garnish with sauce of 1 tbsp cream, 1 tablespoon yogurt, black pepper and finely chopped onion; 2 slices smoked fish fillet.

Snack: a cup of yogurt or juice of half a lemon.

Dinner: salad from the salad one, 60g cheese and marinated 6-7 small fish. Salad season with 1 tsp olive oil and 2 tablespoons lemon juice; a piece of black bread baked cheesecakes.

Day 5

Lunch: 50 gr. pasta topped with sauce 100g pork fillet, 2 tablespoons cream, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, pepper and basil.

Snack: a cup of yogurt with the juice of half a lemon.

Dinner: green leaves salad, 150g potatoes, 5-6 black olives, one onion, season it with 1 tablespoon lemon juice, pepper and salt; a piece of dark bread.
