It also increases muscle mass and stamina and works on your immune system too.

She always prefers having healthy foods that are low in saturated fats and salt and avoids junk food. Her diet includes fresh fruits, vegetables, lean meats and salads. As per her rule, she does have some cheat days, when she indulges in chocolates, pasta, bagels at times and loves baking too.
Her diet is well balanced with proper proportion of proteins, carbohydrates and fibers. Emma follows a very healthy diet plan. She is actually not on a diet, but she eats healthy foods that are generally low in sugar, saturated fat and salt. Processed foods, takeaways and junk food are generally avoided instead she eats fresh fruits, vegetables, leans meats and healthy salads.
She admits to liking chocolate and eats pasta, and enjoys baking too. She also admits to loving bagels, something she only discovered after she started studying in America. She is proof that you can have a well balanced and healthy diet without having to follow a strict regime.
She does try to stick to five or six smaller meals or day but with her hectic schedule filming various projects and being a UN ambassador, it’s not always practical, or realistic. At the end of the day, Emma Watson may be a great role model to young girls, but she’s still a girl herself – she craves chocolate, cakes, and sugary sweet goodness just like the rest of us do.
When she feels the need to snack, she avoids things like crisps, chocolates, cakes, and sweets on her ‘good days’, and opts for things like dried fruit, fresh fruit, raw vegetables, and nuts or seeds to keep her feeling full, and the nutrients that you will get from these aren’t just great for your body, they also help to keep your nails, hair, skin and everything else in tip-top condition too – something Emma Watson needs when she is permanently in the public eye.
