Sample Menu 1

  • Breakfast: One cup of cereal topped with a spoon of sugar, one cup of blueberries and one cup of low fat milk
  • Lunch: Sandwich with two slices of rye bread, a piece of lettuce and 75 g of tuna. Optional, add tomato slices and basil ground as spice
  • Snack: Cup of low fat milk and a fruit
  • Dinner: One piece of pizza with cheese and mixed salad
  • Dessert: A small serving of ice cream

  • Breakfast: 75 g young cheese, 2 toasts of rye bread, 1 tangerine, cup of tea
  • Lunch: Grilled chicken breast (150 g) slice rye bread, seasonal vegetables salad
  • Snack: One cup – 2.5 dl homemade yogurt, cup of raspberries, blackberries or blueberries
  • Dinner: 200 grams of mushrooms baked in Teflon pan, 25 g ham, cooked mixed vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, young green beans, peas) and 1 tomato as salad
  • Dessert: A small serving of ice cream

Additional notes

You can eat ice cream every day and well balanced menu will allow caloric intake to be kept under control. The second part of the ice cream diet includes physical activity (at least 30 minutes of walk each day), although it is recommended no matter which diet you use.

You can eat different kinds of ice cream, but it is best to stick primarily to homemade ice cream where you can control the amount of calories that you prepare.

On average you will lose about 2 kilograms per week with really rich menu. Ice cream diet will work if you understand and follow the instructions you are given. Otherwise, this diet has received this name to attract attention, but it is actually a very sensible approach to weight loss, and that is exercise and counting calories.
