The Famous Japanese Diet

Japan is a country with an old tradition in cuisine based on seafood. The main dish is rice and soybeans are widely used. The Japanese have relatively recently begun to drink coffee, but green tea in their culture is very much appreciated. Their kitchen is with low caloric content, but it is rich in fiber, protein and vegetable fats as well as vitamins A, D, E, B and C.

Japanese dietIn 14 days, if you follow this plan for Japanese diet, you can lose up to 8 kilograms! The main rule of the famous Japanese diet is that once you start with it, follow it to the end. Also, do not change the food or the quantities. Fish and meat can be fried in vegetable oil. Diet has two cycles, i.e. every day is repeated after a period of 7 days:

Day 1

Breakfast: Black coffee
Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs, salad of boiled cabbage with vegetable oil, a glass of tomato juice without salt
Dinner: grilled or cooked fish

Day 2

Breakfast: black coffee, a piece of dark bread
Lunch: grilled or boiled fish, salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil
Dinner: 200 g of boiled beef, a cup of yogurt

Day 3

Breakfast: Black coffee, toast (dark bread)
Lunch: big baked zucchini, apples
Dinner: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 200 g of boiled beef and salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil

Day 4

Breakfast: Black coffee
Lunch: 1 soft-boiled egg, 3 big boiled carrots with vegetable oil, 15 grams of hard cheese
Dinner: fruit

Day 5

Breakfast: Fresh carrots with lemon juice
Lunch: big boiled or fried fish, a glass of tomato juice without salt
Dinner: fruit

Day 6

Breakfast: Black coffee
Lunch: half of boiled chicken, salad of boiled cabbage or carrots with vegetable oil
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, salad vegetables

Day 7

Breakfast: tea without sugar
Lunch: 200 g of boiled beef, fruits
Dinner: choose dinner from any day except the third

Additional remarks

– Respect the given amounts;
– The amount of lettuce is not limited but add exactly 1 teaspoon of oil;
– Obligatory walk for at least 30 minutes a day;
– During the day drink 1 liter mild bubbling water with juice made from 1 lemon (best when you feel hungry and not during meal).
