Sinus infection accompanied by congested nose, heavy breathing and headache can be quite common, especially in the colder days ahead.
• 1 small cup of honey
• 1 small cup of lemon juice
• 5 to 7 radishes
• 1 small purple onion
• 6 cloves of garlic
Wash the vegetables and peel the onion and garlic. Cut into quarters and mix them well in a blender. Add all ingredients and stir again. Pour the mixture into a jar and leave in the refrigerator.
Use: For adults, take about 2 tablespoons per day, or more if needed. For children, the recommended maximum is 1 tablespoon daily. The first reactions to the remedy will be noticed after just 24 hours.
