Here are two types of diet programs: The first one lasts for three days and it is a classic fast diet (to be implemented just for the weekend), and the other is a detoxifying diet whose aim is not only to “melt” some pounds, but it also cleanses the body.

The advice is to use natural honey of proven quality – with preferred dark types of honey.

The three-day diet

If you follow this diet, you can lose 4-6 pounds in just three days!

Day one

  • Breakfast: Mix 2 soft boiled egg yolks with a teaspoon of honey. With the meal, drink tea with lemon or coffee (no sugar)
  • Lunch: 100 gr cheese + 50 gr boiled carrots + 50 gr boiled broccoli + 50 g boiled cauliflower – make a cream in a blender. Drink tea or coffee with 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Dinner: 1 cup of clear vegetable soup, 1 slice of whole grain bread and 1 apple / pear / orange
  • Before going to bed: Tea with lemon

Day two

  • Breakfast: same as day one
  • Lunch: Make cream of one soft-boiled egg, one tablespoon honey and 100 g of cottage cheese. With the meal, drink tea with lemon or coffee
  • Dinner: 150 grams of fish or chicken fillets, small bowl of vegetable salad and tea with lemon

Day three

  • Breakfast: same as the first day plus an apple
  • Lunch: 50 grams of cheese, 1 slice of rye bread and a bowl of fresh vegetables with lemon juice
  • Dinner: 300 grams of boiled vegetables, one soft boiled egg and a cup of tea with one tablespoon of honey
  • Note: Be sure to eat half a lemon every day!

Detoxifying diet with honey

  • 1.5 lit. non-carbonated mineral water
  • 8 lemons
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey
  • 1-2 tablespoons of hot red pepper

Preparation: Squeeze the lemon juice, add honey and pepper and stir well. Drink the entire quantity of the drink during the day. In addition, you can drink green tea and water. The maximum duration of detoxification is 3 days.

You will not feel weakness and fatigue because honey will feed your body, pepper will improve circulation and lemon will help the body to eliminate toxins.

During these three days, it is recommended to take the following bath that will help to eliminate   all the toxins:

Add a tablespoon of baking soda or 40-50 ml of essential grapefruit oil, lemon or orange in the tub with warm water. Take this bath for three days for 20 minutes.
