- 100 g. – Nettle leaves
- 10 g. – Chamomile leaves
- 4 g. – Garden Angelica (Angelica archangelica, commonly known as “Holy ghost”) – Grounded root
- 4 g. – Sage (Salvia officinalis)
- 4 g. – Mistletoe (from oak tree)
- 4 g. – Germander (Teucrium fruticans)
Put all the ingredients in the pot and pour 1 liter of hot water. Cover it with lid and leave it to rest overnight. In the morning, boil the liquid for 5 minutes. Let it cool for 10 minutes in covered pot and strain it well.
