1 kg of lemon
400 gr celery
Preparation and use:
Grate 400 gr celery root and add it to 2 liters of water. Add a little lemon afterwards. Cook the mixture for 20 minutes, then leave to cool (5-6 hours). Wring lemon, then add the juice to the mixture. Thereafter the mixture and pour the filtrate into glass bottles.
Consume it 3 times a day before meals (1 dl). If you think the mixture is very strong, you can dilute it with water. Keep it in the fridge.
