In London you can find almost all cuisines of the world. Our advice for sure is some of the restaurants of Lebanon cuisine in Soho but they are rather expensive and portions are not very large. Good example of cool place with affordable prices is “Beigel Bake”, cult restaurant in Brick Lane. It is open 24 hours, food is delicious and staff is very friendly. Try their beigels with smoked salmon.

In Soho you will find “Italiano Coffee Company” better known as ICCO at Goodge Street. They have delicious pizzas at prices from £3.95. The place is always crowded and noisy but that is part of London’s charm.

“Balls & Company” is surprisingly elegant Soho restaurant, simple but smart, with cool geometric art.

“Borough Market” is London’s most famous food market with takeaway choices. Try Slow-roast kid from Gourmet Goat, salt beef bagels from Nana Fanny’s and Thai coconut puddings.

“Tayyabs” Punjabi cuisine. Great buzz, always a queue (waiting line). We recommend Grilled lamb chops, dry meat curry and naan. Good price: Chicken Tikka for £3.30.

“Tokyo Diner” Restaurant in Chinatown. The food is extremely authentically Japanese – all the employees are Japanese and many have worked there for quite some time, meaning a good level professionalism and understanding of their work. In general the food here is always top quality and at extremely reasonable price!” Prices are £6.50–£11.50 and a pound cheaper from 3pm to 6pm during their quietest hours.

“Kim’s Vietnamese Hut” in Camden Market. A box containing fried vegetables, Singapore noodles, breaded chicken breast, and battered king prawns with plum sauce – is £5, and it’s amazing.
