There are few unexpected reasons for your exhaustion and fatigue. Exercise gives us physical, mental and emotional energy. But you should not exaggerate. Excessive exercise can spend your reserves of energy to “melt” muscles and weaken the immune system.
If you drink coffee late in the evening, it could be a reason why your body feels tired and exhausted during the day. If you cannot go without a hot drink, better switch to decaffeinated coffee, tea or hot chocolate.

We know how hard it is to resist the sweets, especially in the evening, but be aware of the effects of the sugar. You are hyperactive for several hours and then there is a rapid drop in energy and mood ( this is also not beneficial for your weight).
